At CertifyNi, we aim to provide a reliable and efficient delivery service for all orders.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–3 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2:00pm may be processed the next working day. For bespoke, made-to-order, or non-stock items, lead times may vary and will be confirmed at the time of order.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We use trusted UK and Ireland courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard delivery typically takes 1–3 working days from dispatch, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to external factors outside of our control.

Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. For larger or heavy lifting equipment, additional delivery charges may apply, and we will contact you prior to dispatch if necessary.

Inspection & Delivery

All goods must be inspected upon delivery. Any shortages, damages, or discrepancies must be reported to us within 24 hours of receipt. Failure to notify us within this timeframe may affect our ability to resolve the issue.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery is unsuccessful due to incorrect information provided or the recipient not being available, additional delivery charges may apply for re-delivery.

Collection Option

Customers may arrange to collect orders directly from us by prior appointment. We will confirm when your order is ready for collection.

Delays

While we aim to meet all estimated delivery times, CertifyNi cannot be held liable for delays caused by couriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
